Always having maintained a very active lifestyle, Natalie focused her efforts in school to deepen her understanding of Nutrition, Health and Wellness. Beginning her yoga practice over 8 years ago, she has built a strong foundation for body mechanics and body awareness. Along with becoming a yoga teacher she has also become a certified personal trainer and is always looking to integrate more practices & therapies into her sessions & classes.
As her love for yoga, health & wellness has grown and flourished over the years, Natalie is hoping to share, inspire and guide those that hold the same passion and charisma. When she’s not on the mat or training a client, you can find her surfing, running, hiking or escaping to the beautiful coastline of Big Sur.
