“"I see the benefits of continually growing in our understanding of ourselves and how we are to exist in relationship with each other. The mat has become my meditation room time and time again.”
Graham was introduced to Hatha Yoga by his sister in 2002 as a means to address chronic back pain. While he enjoyed the practice and his pain subsided, his practice didn’t come to fruition until 2008 when he began practicing daily. His commitment to yoga, and learning different methodologies and philosophies, has become his life’s work. Graham did his 200-hour teacher training in Hot Flow Yoga and completed another 100-hour intensive with Josh Vincent and Lauren Duke.
Pulling from a wealth of knowledge from many teachers, Graham crafts classes that vigorously open the body with the purpose of calming the mind. “Each class is different, because each student is different. We all have our own physical and emotional needs. I strive to meet those needs so, that by the end of class, together we might gain a glimpse of balance, so that once having tasted it inside the studio we might cultivate it outside the studio.”
