Erinn began practicing yoga in 2010. The practice began as a way to quite her mind in the chaos of a job in Law Enforcement. Her connection to the practice grew and she developed a thirst for yogic knowledge, Erinn decided to do the 200 HR RYT training from Yoga Works in 2012 under the guidance of Jessica Seabern & Stacey McCarthy. She credits her continued love for the practice to her teachers; Elia Nikolaev, Josh Vincent & Lauren Duke. Her goal is to make yoga accessible to all in a fun, and safe environment.
