She uses precise engagements to increase ones sensitivity, and emphasizes the breath to attune to the present moment. She’s a total anatomy nerd and her passion for yoga radiates out to her students. Her classes are enlightening, and bring balance coming from a background of a Holistic Health Practitioner with 1000 hours of Body-work schooling.
